1/26/2024 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: QMHP-C entered Ashiyah's home to conduct individual session with Ashiyah. When QMHP-C arrived to the residence, Ashiyah appeared to be in a positive mood evident by her smile. QMHP-C informed Ashiyah that this session was going to focus on her abiding by the rules and expectations within the home and community setting as there are reports from her mother that she continues to do what she wants to and not come in the home when she tells her too and when mother tells her no her temper tantrums can last up to 2 hours in duration. 2. Behavior: Ashiyah appeared to be irritated with her mother as she states to QMHP-C that her mother lets everyone else do what they do in the house but when it comes to her she has to be home at a certain time and that is not fair to her and isolation can last up to 2 hours in duration. 1.Intervention: QMHP-C role-played with Ashiyah respectful behaviors and expressing feelings to eliminate harmful acts toward others. QMHP-C talked with Ashiyah about hurtful feelings and self-dangerous behaviors. QMHP-C probed Ashiyah about her lack of cooperation toward her mother when rules are set. QMHP-C processed answers with Ashiyah. QMHP-C then discussed combative behaviors and how to better manage her behaviors. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C talked with Ashiyah about respect and her feeling when being disrespected. QMHP-C encouraged Ashiyah to listen, follow directives when given by authority, and obey rules and regulations whether in the home, and community. QMHP-C role-played scenarios with Ashiyah to demonstrate more effective ways to manage behaviors. 1. Response: Ashiyah was receptive to QMHP-C's given suggestions. Through role-playing Ashiyah struggled with expressing her feelings as she would stare into the ceiling when asked certain questions and she would twist in her sit before answering. Ashiyah reported that it's easier to express angry feelings and thoughts. Ashiyah reported that she has engaged in hurtful words and behavior to hurt her mother. 2. Response: Ashiyah reports that she respects her mother's rules and obey rules and regulations in the home setting, but what she is not going to do is sit in the house all day and not have a life when everyone else does.
